昨天的浪好搖晃阿～
水底能見度也好低～
沒能見到美麗海底世界有點傷心，只能專心練習自潛。
The wave was so shaky yesterday~
The visibility under water was really bad~
It was a little bit sad for invisible the beautiful underwater world, so I could only concentrate on practice to free diving.
海上的風險不低於高山，稍微一不留神就會被流帶出一段距離。
幸好我們都有確保繩牽引，每次下潛還有兩三個教練一起戒護！
The risk at sea is not less than high mountains, and if you don't pay attention, you will be taken a distance by the wave.
Fortunately, we all ensure rope traction, and there are two or three instructors to guard each time we dive!
